How can you tell I'm sick?

• I shut off the air conditioner
• I put Vicks on my chest
• I have a fever
• I have a cough
• My nose is stuffy
• My head hurts
  
• I am short of breath
• My body aches

and the number one way you can tell I'm sick....
I only had one iced coffee yesterday.
