Cat and still sick

Still sick, I wonder if I have the H1N1? I heard today the test for it was painful so maybe I'll give that a miss.
Going back to the doctor's tomorrow morning. I've developed a muscle spasm in my right hand that is bothering me. I don't know why. I'm only on the computer about 15 hours a day, and when I'm not I'm playing video games. What could cause strain?
I did manage to get to the dollar store and get a new toy for my cat. Here she is playing with it while sitting in a box.
