Gay South Africa
I've been letting people talk me out of my dream of going to South Africa, but as this article from the Out Traveller shows, now is the time!
My current plan, after Paris and my cruise, is to go to LA for baseball in the summer and Cape Town, Africa next winter, pride is in January, maybe then.

My partner and I moved to Johannesburg in April of this year (after living in Peru, Chile and Argentina for the past 13) and absolutely love it. Leave the Rolex at home and don't do anything that you wouldn't do in the States (like going into the south side of Chicago after dark) and you will have a great time
